Tech billionaire Elon Musk trolled President Trump early Monday with a post knocking the administration for making no arrests related to the Jeffrey Epstein case.<\/p>\n
Musk, Trump\u2019s former ally-turned-foe, posted an image to his social platform X<\/a> of \u201cThe Official Jeffrey Epstein Pedophile Arrest Counter,\u201d set to “0000.”<\/p>\n \u201cWhat\u2019s the time? Oh look, it\u2019s no-one-has-been-arrested-o\u2019clock again \u2026,\u201d Musk captioned the photo.<\/p>\n “This is the final straw,” Musk responded<\/a> to an earlier Monday post, which knocked the Trump administration for initially promising to release the “Epstein list” before reportedly saying, “There is no Epstein list.” <\/p>\n The post came after Axios reported on a memo<\/a> Sunday evening revealing the Justice Department and FBI have concluded there is no evidence that Epstein, a convicted sex offender, blackmailed powerful figures or kept a \u201cclient list,\u201d as many conspiracy theories suggest.<\/p>\n The memo, according to Axios, also says there\u2019s no evidence to suggest Epstein was murdered \u2014 supporting a medical examiner\u2019s report that he died by suicide in a Manhattan jail<\/a> in 2019.<\/p>\n According to the news outlet, the two-page memo also suggests no one else involved in the Epstein case will be charged.<\/p>\n The Hill has reached out to the Justice Department for comment. <\/p>\n Trump\u2019s feud with Musk came to a head last month<\/a>, when the Tesla chief executive said it was time to drop “the really big bomb.”<\/p>\n \u201c[Trump] is in the Epstein files. That is the real reason they have not been made public,\u201d Musk wrote on X<\/a> at the time. <\/p>\n \u201cMark this post for the future. The truth will come out,\u201d he followed up<\/a> minutes later.<\/p>\n Trump, before he was elected in November, said he would have<\/a> \u201cno problem\u201d releasing files related to Epstein, something some lawmakers and many on social media have called for after the financier\u2019s death.<\/p>\n The president last year denied any connection to Epstein, writing on social media<\/a>, \u201cI was never on Epstein\u2019s Plane, or at his \u2018stupid\u2019 Island.
